UCM-300 Series

Designed specifically for foodservice equipment, the Renau UCM-300 Series features a push button/knob interface and comes in 3 different display options. The UCM-300 Series offers great control options for foodservice equipment such as ovens, proofers, blast chillers, and more.

All UCM-300 series models are fully compatible with the UHA-Extender, which provides commercial kitchen operators with a quick and easy method for programming changes via either flash drive, or wirelessly through WiFi. Wireless connectivity is provided through Renau Cloud, where operators can make recipe updates, view HACCP logs, and perform equipment diagnostics.

As with all Renau modules, the UCM-300 Series is fully encapsulated for ultimate protection from the harsh commercial kitchen environment.

The UCM-300 Series features patented Renau Single Wire Communication Network, which is not found anywhere else in the foodservice equipment industry.

Single Wire Communication provides equipment manufacturers with numerous benefits. Not only does it greatly reduce the complexity and cost of wiring harnesses, it also provides compatibility with all Renau temperature, power, switching, and hybrid modules. This modularity allows manufacturers to quickly and easily adapt the control system design to other equipment models with different power requirements or additional zones. Simply swap power and temperature modules as needed. Not only does this eliminate the need for different internal wiring, but also simplifies end product approval, and reduces inventory costs.
